We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our complex care services, working closely with our care team to deliver high-quality care to children and young people with complex needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager in achieving service goals and objectives
  • Support and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and supervision as needed
  • Work directly with children and young people, building relationships and providing individualized support
  • Manage child protection concerns and work with external agencies as required
  • Provide supervisions and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development

Requirements:

  • Diploma 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Level 5 Diploma in leadership and management residential childcare (or working towards)
  • Full driving license

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Residential children's Care with supervisory experience, preferably in a complex care setting.
