An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager to work in a leading rehabilitation centre based in the UK. You will be working for a reputable healthcare provider, supporting individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or neuro-degenerative conditions.

This is a residential service that requires a strong understanding of relevant legislation, ensuring compliance with CQC and other statutory regulators. As the Deputy Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Registered Manager with line management of a team of staff and ensuring they comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing high standards of care to residents and managing the service to the highest standards.
  • Supporting individuals to live independently and achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An understanding of person-centred, needs-led and outcome-based service.
  • Commitment to quality care and service provision.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
  • Previous experience working in a deputy manager position with knowledge and experience in the requirements of the service users.
