Role Summary

Are you a seasoned HR expert eager to take charge of the HR department and drive its evolution?

We are looking for a People Operations Manager to spearhead our HR initiatives and ensure they align with our strategic objectives. This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with our leadership team, deliver exceptional HR services, and influence the trajectory of our organization.

This position is based at our central office, and we are open to candidates interested in full-time or part-time arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee job advertisements, conduct candidate interviews, and manage the onboarding experience.

· Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, providing knowledgeable and confident support.

· Collaborate closely with senior leadership to foresee and tackle organizational challenges.

· Engage with employees to address concerns and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.

· Supervise performance evaluations and assist managers in formulating development strategies.

· Provide guidance to managers on performance and HR-related matters.

· Manage the company’s Recognition, Reward, and Benefits program.

· Lead training programs, identify training needs, and coordinate with external training providers.

· Ensure adherence to employment legislation and keep company policies current.

· Maintain precise and confidential employee records.

· Continuously enhance HR processes and practices.

· Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

· A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in standalone HR roles or within small to mid-sized organizations.

· CIPD Level 5 qualification.

· Current knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

· Strong skills in people management, communication, organization, and time management.

· Credible, accountable, self-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
