Müller UK & Ireland is a leading dairy company with a strong presence in the UK market. We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Shift Lead to join our team at our Amesbury Depot.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating purpose and direction around our OGSM deliverables, enabling the team to create and deliver OE opportunities aligned to OGSM. They will also be responsible for creating high performance through PMS principles, KPI management, and DOR attendance and handovers.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role and be able to work well both independently and in a team. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to demonstrate an excellent attitude to work.

The role will involve managing deadlines on behalf of the warehouse and understanding how to prioritise a workload. The successful candidate will also be responsible for promoting and instilling MMI behaviours across all levels of the function.

Shift patterns will be 5 out of 7 days, and the role will involve working collaboratively with cross-functional leadership to improve our business.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for overall day-to-day operations on shift, including legal and audit compliance, and managing contractor control and permits.
