Warehouse Shift Lead

Müller UK & Ireland is a leading dairy company with a strong presence in the UK market. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Shift Lead to join our team at our Amesbury Depot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement strategies to drive warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track warehouse performance and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
