We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Sainsbury's Preston store. As a Cleaning and Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness within our store, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating machinery and equipment to complete daily cleaning tasks
  • Carrying out thorough cleaning activities, including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping
  • Cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, and oven canopies
  • Working outside to keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris
  • Ensuring all health and safety procedures are applied
