GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a skilled Payroll Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and coaching the teams' day-to-day tasks to ensure the accuracy, effectiveness, and compliance of our payroll service.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate payroll tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing
* Provide advice on complex payroll issues and serve as the escalation point for legislative or system issues
* Support the transformation of payroll project developments into our BAU payroll process
* Oversee the resolution of pay-related queries received through our query ticketing system
* Ensure payroll data and reports are routinely and proactively checked, with any errors resolved in a timely manner

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar fast-paced payroll position role, with exposure to occupational pension schemes
* Up-to-date knowledge of Irish Payroll, HMRC guidance, and payroll rules and regulations
* Excellent communication skills and ability to provide high-level customer service in a high-pressure environment
* Confidence in using IT systems, especially Microsoft Office packages
