We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Business Partner to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. This role offers a competitive salary, car allowance, and a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave and a workplace pension.



Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day tasks of our payroll team, ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also provide advice on complex payroll issues, support the transformation of payroll project developments into our BAU payroll process, and oversee the resolution of pay-related queries.



Requirements for Success

  • Previous experience in a similar fast-paced payroll position, with exposure to occupational pension schemes.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Irish Payroll, HMRC guidance, and payroll rules and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service in a high-pressure environment.
  • Confidence in the use of IT systems, especially Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
