Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Precise Placements Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide escalation support for 1st Line IT and Service Desk requests
  • Deal with complex technical issues and troubleshoot problems
  • Carry out onsite activities for support, installations, and troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain internal support processes and documentation
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors and triage support tickets
  • Ensure support tickets and incidents are resolved in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in technical support
  • Experience with Autotask and Datto RMM platforms
  • Ideal knowledge of Azure and O365
  • High levels of customer service and client-facing experience
