Job Summary

The Evening Cloakroom Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by ensuring the hotel's cloakrooms are clean and well-maintained. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the cloakrooms are clean and well-maintained, including restocking supplies and maintaining a high level of hygiene.
  • Monitor and manage the Lost and Found system, ensuring that all items are properly logged and returned to their owners.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
