Senior Project Manager

Actemium EV is a leading infrastructure provider, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering commercially viable projects of varying size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical, commercial, and health & safety management for the successful delivery of projects.
  • Assist the AU Manager in technical and commercial aspects of the programme rollout.
  • Provide expertise to guide installation engineers and contractors through installation and commissioning phases.
  • Communicate and record with clients, subcontractors, and internal management as necessary.
  • Manage project activities and ultimately the profit and loss of allocated contracts.
  • Manage project program, labour, materials, subcontractors, and plant.
  • Control project risks during commercial and execution phases.
  • Manage commercial aspects of projects, including bid management, monthly project cost analysis, and cost to complete forecasts.
  • Promote a positive H&S culture and ensure compliance with current legislation.
  • Deliver projects through to successful completion.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in project management with demonstrable experience in electrical engineering, procurement, installation, testing, documentation, and commissioning of electrical/civil infrastructure projects.
  • Several years of project management experience.
  • Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
  • SMSTS qualification advantageous.
  • Experience in the design of low voltage installations in an industrial/commercial environment.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver/control multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for colleagues, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
