Spa Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at the Bvlgari Hotel London. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and members, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the spa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage spa bookings, appointments, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide information and recommendations on spa treatments, products, and services to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and treatment rooms.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
