Race Equity Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Race Equity Consultant to join our team at the Youth Endowment Fund. As a Race Equity Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our research and evaluation work to ensure that it is informed by a race equity perspective.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside our evaluators and researchers to embed a race equity perspective in all our research and evaluations.
- Contribute to the design and execution of our research and evaluations to ensure that they are inclusive and equitable.
- Provide expertise on race equity and diversity and inclusion to inform our research and evaluation work.
- Collaborate with our grantees, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that our research and evaluation work is relevant and effective.
- Experience of working in a research or evaluation context, with a focus on race equity and diversity and inclusion.
- Proven track record of improving racial diversity, equality, and inclusion in research and evaluation contexts.
- Understanding of the historical and political context in which our research and evaluation work operates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working with racialized communities and a commitment to social justice.
