Senior Reward Equity Consultant

Location: Remote Role (UK Wide)
As a Senior Reward Equity Consultant, you will be responsible for advising business leaders on reward equity and bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance, particularly for internationally mobile individuals. You will provide expert advice on reward equity and bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance. Additionally, you will provide global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals. You will also be responsible for cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, and leveraging the use of technology for such work. Furthermore, you will prepare global payroll reports to ensure clients meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous reward equity experience gained within a corporate or consulting environment is essential. Additional global mobility, compensation, and taxation experience is highly desirable. Excellent customer and client relationship skills, meeting the highest standards of service are required.
