Reward Equity Consultant (Senior)

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Remote Role (UK Wide)

We are seeking a Senior Reward Equity Consultant to advise business leaders on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance particularly for internationally mobile individuals.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals;
  • Cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, and leveraging use of technology for such work;
  • Preparation of global payroll reports, to ensure clients are able to meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options and cash bonuses;

The ideal candidate will have previous reward equity experience gained within a corporate or consulting environment and additional global mobility, compensation and taxation experience is highly desirable.
