Aftersales Operations Manager – Mercedes-Benz Dealership

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, totaling 45 hours per week.

Compensation: Competitive base salary complemented by an attractive OTE and bonus structure.

Position Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for an Aftersales Operations Manager at our Mercedes-Benz dealership. Reporting directly to the Head of Business, you will lead a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

As the Aftersales Operations Manager, you will be accountable for both personnel and financial performance within your dealership. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, managing, and inspiring a team of automotive professionals to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Fostering a culture of high performance, recognizing achievements while addressing areas needing improvement.
  • Overseeing service and parts operations, including stock management and asset control.
  • Setting financial and growth targets for each department, ensuring alignment with profit and product objectives.
  • Providing accurate dealership performance reports in accordance with group standards.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance dealership visibility and support business goals.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
  • Conducting dealership operations in compliance with Marshall Motor Group standards, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
