Service Design Consultant

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a skilled Service Design Consultant to drive innovation and user-centricity in our client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service design strategies to maximize client value and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative products and services.
  • Champion user-centricity and design thinking principles to drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions to facilitate client readiness.
  • Visualize complex services in an easy-to-understand format for various stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service design, with a strong understanding of user research and design principles.
  • Ability to create service design artefacts and outputs, such as user journeys, personas, and service blueprints.
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to balance competing views.
  • Certification and/or qualifications in Service Design or Design Thinking.
