Service Designer Consultant

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Service Designer Consultant to join our rapidly growing Digital Factory team. As a Service Designer Consultant, you will work across multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors.
We are looking for an individual with proven experience working across a service design process, autonomously with minimal support. You will be responsible for creating service design artefacts and outputs, such as current and future-state user journeys, personas, service concepts, service blueprints and other artefacts.
Key responsibilities include:
Facilitating workshops, design sprints, ideation sessions or similar to ensure client readiness
Visualising complex services in an easy-to-understand format for varying audiences
Working in an agile (scrum) environment in a cross-functional team including but not limited to user researchers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, product owners, delivery managers and developers
