FACILITIES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

  • Oversee the effective functioning and upkeep of NFU Mutual facilities
  • We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Facilities Operations Coordinator to become a part of our Facilities Team at NFU Mutual. This permanent position is integral to our Properties Department, concentrating on the management of hard facilities and physical assets across our nationwide operations.

Our Properties Department is dedicated to providing our organization, employees, and Agents within our extensive Agency Network with secure and high-quality work environments.

As the Facilities Operations Coordinator, you will be tasked with organizing the scheduled and preventive maintenance required across all our locations.

Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for any unforeseen issues that may arise, actively implementing the necessary support to address these challenges.

In this vital role, you will ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of facilities.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that our locations operate within established parameters, function efficiently, and meet the needs of our employees and the NFU Mutual agency network.

Occasional travel to various locations across the country will be required, and you will have access to a pool vehicle.

This position is based at our Head Office.

Utilizing your solid understanding of Building Management and Health and Safety, you will assess situations and respond appropriately.

Your operational expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, along with familiarity with building management systems and infrastructure, will enable you to adapt to unexpected circumstances and confidently coordinate the necessary support.

Your strong stakeholder management abilities and proactive approach will ensure you consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
Proficient knowledge of building management systems

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Full UK driving licence.
