Job Title: Accounts and HR Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and HR Co-ordinator to join our team at Dynamic Merchandise. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR and finance teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our people processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide recruitment support to line managers, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews.
  2. Assist with employee onboarding, including completing paperwork, arranging IT equipment, and providing induction training.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, absence records, and performance management documents.
  4. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers on employment law, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
  6. Coordinate and administer training programs, including booking training sessions, arranging travel and accommodation, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  7. Assist with the preparation of reports, including absence reports, workforce planning reports, and HR metrics.
  8. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to employee queries, handling employee complaints, and maintaining HR databases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR procedures, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
