Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Specialist:

  • Support recruitment initiatives within the organization.
  • Facilitate HR meetings and manage employee relations cases.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to oversee probation assessments and address performance issues, as well as family-related matters (such as maternity/paternity) and ensure timely correspondence.
  • Assist the HR Director in resource management and budget oversight within the department.
  • Assess personnel risks and make informed decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead various HR projects, including compliance with legal standards, employee engagement initiatives, and other special projects.
