Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Community Mental Health Services team in North Shropshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide autonomous clinical assessment and treatment to patients with physical and mental health needs
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of quality improvement programs
  • Provide clinical leadership and management to ensure safe, quality, and effective care
  • Develop and deliver education and training programs for healthcare professionals
  • Lead on improvements in the quality of care and safety through service development, evaluation, and audit

Requirements:

  • Hold an appropriate Master's level award with modules in Advanced Health Assessment and Non-Medical Prescribing
  • Take responsibility for own learning and development, recognizing and taking advantage of opportunities to learn
  • Provide expert-level practice, leading to improved patient outcomes
