Job Title: Advanced Clinical Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a Master's level award with modules in Advanced Health Assessment and Non-Medical Prescribing. You will be a registered health and care practitioner with a strong background in teaching and clinically supervising junior staff. Your experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, assessing and managing risk, and developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Provide clinical leadership and management to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of education and training programs for junior staff
Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's level award with modules in Advanced Health Assessment and Non-Medical Prescribing
  • Experience in teaching and clinically supervising junior staff
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes
