Job Title: Shop Supervisor - Poole Retail Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team at Wenzel's The Bakers in Poole. As a Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail sales floor, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including managing branch stock and produce, maintaining shop displays, and preparing food in line with company specifications.
  • Conduct food and produce quality control, maintain the highest level of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards, and open or close the shop as required.
  • Run shifts at various times during the week, drive sales, and minimize wastage.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment at supervisory level is required, with experience working in food production being advantageous but not essential.
