We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our body shop, ensuring excellent customer service and site profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff to deliver high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site performance, productivity, and profitability.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on site performance, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a management role within a body shop or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve site performance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
