Job Role: Shop Supervisor

As a Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our Poole retail sales store. You will be responsible for assisting the Shop Manager, supervising the team, and driving sales growth while controlling costs. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with the management of branch stock and produce
  • Maintaining shop displays and ensuring a high level of visual merchandising
  • Preparing food in line with company specifications
  • Conducting food and produce quality control
  • Maintaining the highest level of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • Opening or closing the shop as required
  • Running shifts at various times during the week
  • Driving sales and minimizing wastage

We offer a competitive rate of £12.25 per hour and a working week of 39 hours over 5 days. We are open to discussing flexible working hours to accommodate your needs. As a Shop Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our hardworking team, preparing fresh ingredients and producing high-quality food products. You will also be responsible for developing and leading the shop team to build a loyal customer base.
