What We Seek:

We are in search of a passionate Sales Consultant with a flair for fashion to become a member of our team.

Your primary objectives as a Sales Consultant will include crafting an unforgettable brand experience for our clientele, enthusiastically sharing your passion for the brand, and assisting customers in finding their desired products with a friendly and supportive demeanor. Additionally, you will work towards achieving the store's goals while ensuring the shop remains organized and stocked with essential products.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Attract and retain customers by focusing on every detail and delivering the highest quality service that reflects our brand values. Sales Performance: Meet the shop's commercial targets and KPIs by effectively communicating the unique value of our brand to customers. Store Operations: Collaborate as a team, conduct inventories, manage stock, handle cash registers, and prepare daily reports to ensure smooth operations at the point of sale. Store Presentation: Maintain an organized shop environment and ensure that necessary products are readily available for customers. Team Culture: Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, promoting collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail sector. Relevant training or educational background. Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
