About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Mytime Active. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality catering services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective food service strategies to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of food quality, presentation, and safety standards in all catering operations.
  • Supervise and train catering staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of food service operations with other business functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality food products.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and excellence in all catering operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
