Job Description:

Direct Medics is partnering with a leading private healthcare organization to find experienced Clinical Psychologists to fill permanent vacancies across the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic and clinical strategies to grow and develop the care pathway through specialist psychological advice and consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of strategic and clinical strategies to grow and develop the care pathway
  • Provide specialist psychological advice and consultations to support the development of neurological care services
  • Carry a designated caseload, including assessing service users with complex needs and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans

Requirements:

  • Current HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Post-graduate doctorate in clinical psychology (or its equivalent for those trained prior to 1996 or those in lateral transfer) as accredited by the BPS
  • Chartered Member of the BPS
  • Evidence of engagement in ABI networks
  • Post-doctoral level knowledge and application of research methodology, research design, and complex, multivariate data analysis
  • Right to live and work in the UK
