Job Description

Are you passionate about sales and looking for a role with global impact? Informa Connect is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Delegate Relations Manager to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for selling delegate places on our extensive portfolio of global events, conferences, and training solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be generating revenue by selling delegate places for large-scale events, conferences, and training courses.
  • You will be identifying cross-selling opportunities within our portfolio, offering clients tailored solutions in various sectors.
  • You will be supporting the sales efforts by ensuring timely revenue collection and following up on leads.
  • This is a telesales position, so dialling and calling clients is key. You will be set KPI's and call rate targets by the Head of Sales and Global Revenue Director.
  • You will be collaborating closely with Informa Connect's production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure sales activities align with wider business goals.
