Infopro Digital group is seeking a Researcher for a permanent position within its Barbour ABI brand. Barbour ABI stands as the premier provider of intelligence and lead generation services, specifically tailored to assist clients in uncovering new business prospects within the construction sector. With over 80 years of expertise and a dedicated team of more than 100 professionals based in Cheshire Oaks, we pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our data collection methodologies and our extensive knowledge in tracking and researching construction projects. Our contributions include publishing the UK Government's National Infrastructure & Construction Pipeline and supplying critical data to the Office for National Statistics for its Construction New Orders estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth research on current construction projects utilizing various communication channels, including telephone and internet, to create valuable opportunities for our clients.
  • Engaging directly with clients through our internal CRM systems to address inquiries regarding project details.
  • Managing personal workload effectively to ensure that project information remains accurate, current, and delivered promptly to meet departmental standards.
  • Meeting key performance indicators related to project volume and data quality.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the organization.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with contacts in the construction industry.
  • Being adaptable to undertake additional tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an outbound calling role, such as Research, Debt Collection, Account Management, or Sales.
  • GCSE pass in Maths and English – Grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Experience in achieving and working towards KPIs.
  • Resilience and a strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to delivering consistently high-quality results.
  • A collaborative team player with an understanding of how to contribute to team success.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and analytical skills.
  • Accountability and reliability.
  • A drive for career advancement.
