About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Custodian to join our team in Caernarfon. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors, managing admissions, and assisting in the on-site shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage admissions, including processing payments and issuing tickets.
  • Assist in the on-site shop, including cash handling and balancing.
  • Conduct daily site checks to ensure the site is ready for visitors.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with visitors.
  • Experience of operating a till and handling cash.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of the Welsh language is desirable.
