Your New Role

You will be working as a Custodian on a part-time, rota basis for approximately 3 months. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and serving visitors, handling admissions, and assisting in the on-site shop selling souvenirs. Cash handling and balancing are also essential aspects of this role.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills are required, as you will be interacting with customers at all times. Proficiency in the medium of Welsh is also necessary.
  • Experience operating a till is desirable, and a background in customer service, hospitality, or retail is essential.
  • You must be flexible with your working hours, as you may be required to work additional hours and weekends or bank holidays.
