We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Custodian to join our team on a part-time, rota basis for approximately 3 months. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors, handling cash transactions, and maintaining the site to ensure a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate a till and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with the on-site shop, selling souvenirs and providing information about the historic environment.
- Conduct daily site checks to ensure the area is ready for visitors.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate in the medium of Welsh.
- Experience of operating a till and working in a customer-facing role.
- Flexibility to work additional hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
