Custodian - Caernarfon

We are seeking a skilled Custodian to join our team on a part-time, rota basis for approximately 3 months. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for greeting and serving visitors, taking admissions, and assisting in the on-site shop selling souvenirs. You will also be responsible for checking the site each morning to ensure it is ready to accept visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service skills to visitors at all times.
- Communicate effectively in the medium of Welsh.
- Operate a till and handle cash transactions.
- Assist with shop sales and balancing.
- Ensure the site is ready for visitors each morning.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate in Welsh.
- Experience of operating a till.
- Experience of working in a customer service, hospitality, or retail-based role.
- Flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, and bank holidays.

Additional pay rates are offered for weekend and bank holiday work, and there is a possibility that the role could be extended past the initial 3-month period.
