About the Role

You will be working within the Welsh Government's historic environment service, contributing to an accessible and well-protected historic environment for Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and service visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage admissions and assist in the on-site shop, handling cash and balancing transactions.
  • Conduct daily site checks to ensure readiness for visitors.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate in Welsh.
  • Experience operating a till and working in customer service, hospitality, or retail is essential.
  • Flexibility around working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
