Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic activities with compassion and energy to engage individuals with dementia in their local community.
  • Provide vital support to individuals with a focus on maintaining skills and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and carers to ensure person-centered care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Full driving license and access to a car (or willingness to use public transport).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Caring attitude and positive approach to dementia.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience working with people with dementia (desirable).
