We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Footasylum. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of Sales Assistants to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing stock, maintaining visual merchandising, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Assistants to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage budgets, and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to improve sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Visual Merchandising, to ensure a cohesive and effective retail strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fashion or luxury goods environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
