Jo Malone London is a renowned fragrance house known for its elegant and sophisticated scents with unexpected ingredients and a unique twist. As a leader in the prestige beauty industry, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Boutique Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Elevate in-store events and services, such as the signature Hand and Arm massage, wedding consultations, and other creative experiences.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing and empowering team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
