We are a CCA Accredited Centre recognized for our award-winning service to retail clients across the UK and Ireland. Our focus is on assisting customers through inbound communications, complemented by diverse back-office tasks, ensuring a dynamic work environment.
Comprehensive Training Program
We provide an engaging and interactive 3-week training program designed to familiarize you with our operations, clientele, and the services we offer. No prior experience is necessary, as we are committed to providing full training and support.
The training schedule runs from Monday to Friday and includes:
- Classroom-based learning
- Interactive sessions
- Buddy Program
- Meet and greet with colleagues and Team Managers
Flexible Working Hours
Our primary operating hours are from 6am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, and 6am to 12pm on weekends. We understand that personal circumstances vary, and we strive to offer a flexible approach to your weekly schedule.
We offer 30-36 hour contracts, working 5 days out of 7, with one shift scheduled on the weekend.
Blended Working Environment
Our cloud-based voice platform enables staff to work from home after successfully completing the training program, providing flexibility to suit your needs.
