Position: Business Manager - Transformation
Role Summary: This pivotal position within the modernization department offers a diverse range of responsibilities, focusing on business process management, commercial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and crafting comprehensive Board Papers for the Executive Committee.
- Collaborating with department leaders and project managers to support strategic initiatives.
- Managing procurement activities and fostering relationships with key partners in accordance with vendor management policies.
- Analyzing critical program data to produce regular and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership.
- Overseeing the governance framework to ensure effective program delivery and decision-making.
- Facilitating RFP/RFI processes to enhance vendor selection and management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity, particularly in supporting strategic change through reporting and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Experience managing end-to-end RFI/RFP processes.
- Proficiency in project/change management methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- A relevant degree or professional certification in business, finance, or project management is preferred.
Work Environment: This role requires a hybrid work model, with in-office presence required three days a week.
