Job Title: Sales and Development Executive

Make UK is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue from new and existing clients
  • Work closely with the Apprentices and Skills Business Development Team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Generate substantial sales growth with existing and new clients, focusing on technical training
  • Identify new potential markets, customers, and opportunities, and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Liaise with other employees within Make UK to identify effective new business opportunity identification and referral
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools effectively to track progress, manage pipelines, and optimize sales performance
  • Achieve targets set within the business plan and report monthly on sales pipeline values and other associated KPIs
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven sales professional with experience in a service/solutions-based role
  • Sales and commercial skills to drive sales revenue
  • Ability to work and communicate at the highest level, think strategically, and deliver on objectives
