Senior Consultant for Communication and Engagement
AtkinsRéalis, a prominent global consultancy firm, is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team specializing in project communication and stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for individuals with extensive experience in this niche area, looking to make a significant impact within the UK.
Our team collaborates closely with technical experts across various sectors to effectively convey project narratives and empower communities and stakeholders to influence our initiatives. We have partnered with a diverse range of clients, including government agencies, local authorities, and private sector organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage project stakeholders, devising strategies to foster relationships and facilitate effective communication.
- Collaborate with our design and visualization teams to create compelling communication materials, from brochures to interactive presentations.
- Organize and facilitate community engagement events, including webinars, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Lead large-scale public consultations to gather community input.
- Analyze and synthesize public feedback to guide project development and communicate findings effectively.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including networking, opportunity identification, proposal writing, and client presentations.
- Oversee project management and budgeting, serving as a team leader in multidisciplinary environments.
