As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their dream of homeownership, whether it's purchasing a new home, buying an investment property, or re-mortgaging their existing property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to customers on mortgage and protection products, ensuring they receive the best possible solution for their individual needs.
  • Support customers throughout their mortgage journey, from initial consultation to completion.
  • Build strong relationships with our Estate Agency team, working closely with them to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes, lender and insurance product updates, and best practices through regular training and development.
  • Take ownership of your own training and development, continuously improving your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • CEMap qualified or equivalent, with a strong track record of generating new sales and following through to completions.
  • Able to work under pressure, building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Full UK driving license.
