We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team in central London. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for managing the helpdesk, scheduling and coordinating planned works, managing contractors, and project co-ordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the helpdesk and respond to queries from staff and contractors
  • Schedule and coordinate planned and remedial works with contractors
  • Manage contractors and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Co-ordinate projects and ensure timely completion
  • Develop and maintain metrics data and graphs within Excel
  • Engage with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress
Requirements:
  • Experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Excel and CAFM software
  • Experience with scheduling and project management
