Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of Quality Investigation Reports and deviations, while developing and executing CAPA plans.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of quality-critical documents, systems, and procedures to identify necessary improvements.
  • Maintain and manage all essential quality documents, including Quality manuals, SOPs, Quality Policies, and Audit Reports.
  • Lead initiatives for process enhancement across the manufacturing facility.
  • Act as the leader of the internal audit team.
  • Support Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance operations in upholding quality standards and addressing any challenges.
  • Assist production in high-risk routine validation tasks, such as sterile manufacturing and media fill.
  • Review and authorize housekeeping, fabrication, and glass audits.
  • Lead and assist during external audits conducted by customers and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor on-site temperature and ensure that equipment, processes, and new products are validated and verified.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management within a regulated healthcare setting.
  • A solid understanding of regulations governing healthcare product development, including GMP, GDP, Medical Device, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • A willingness to share your expertise and insights with colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a cleanroom environment.
  • Previous experience in team management.
