Job Title: Coffee Shop Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at Lexington Catering. As a Coffee Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
