What You Will Do

In this position, you will leverage your prior experience in a customer-centric leadership role. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the store manager to analyze market trends and competition, identifying strategies to enhance store profitability.
  • Managing store operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring adherence to operational policies, including cash handling and safety protocols.
  • Working alongside the store leadership team to foster a positive environment, motivating partners to deliver exceptional service and address any customer concerns proactively.
  • Implementing new initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence and driving business outcomes.
  • Facilitating the growth and development of your team through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Setting ambitious yet attainable goals to boost engagement and enhance partner performance.
