Working in a Starbucks location is unlike any other job. You will create authentic moments of connection with our customers, making a meaningful impact on their day by crafting delicious beverages and building relationships by learning their favorite drinks.
The beauty of this role lies in its variety; as a barista, your responsibilities may include:
- Consistently providing high-quality beverages, whole bean, and food products in accordance with our recipe and presentation standards.
- Assisting with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring safety and security.
- Supporting fellow team members during busy periods to maintain store operations.
- Anticipating and addressing customer and store needs by familiarizing yourself with the store environment and clientele.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by adopting a customer-first attitude and fostering genuine connections.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace for both customers and partners.
Due to the nature of our business, your working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
