Position Overview

Higher Success, a prominent player in the IT recruitment sector, is expanding its recruitment team in response to significant growth and investment.

The ideal candidate for the IT Talent Acquisition Specialist role will possess a minimum of one year of comprehensive recruitment experience, demonstrating proficiency in the full recruitment lifecycle and the ability to attract and onboard new clients.

Our organization is recognized for its high performance and continuous growth in the recruitment industry. The team focuses on filling a high volume of IT positions, particularly in Infrastructure, including entry-level support roles.

This position offers exceptional earning potential for driven and motivated individuals.

  • The role encompasses full-cycle recruitment with an emphasis on Business Development in the long term. Initially, you will focus on the candidate side for six months to gain market insights, after which you will gradually take on roles with existing clients and expand into new business development.
  • Identifying candidates across various levels through diverse sourcing methods.
  • Evaluating applications and compiling a shortlist of suitable candidates.
  • Maintaining and nurturing client relationships.
  • Acquiring new client business through proactive outreach, networking, and marketing strategies (post-training, progressively over time).
  • Coordinating interviews and providing feedback to both candidates and clients, along with offering market insights and recruitment guidance.
  • Striving to meet and exceed targets across multiple aspects of the role.

  • This is a high-volume recruitment position, requiring significant time spent on calls, so a passion for communication is essential.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Ideally, two to three years of experience managing complete processes, including offer negotiations and new client acquisition.
  • Experience in a professional recruitment environment or fast-paced high-volume recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A genuine passion for recruitment and a desire for long-term career progression within the team.
  • Previous experience in IT recruitment is advantageous, but candidates from other sectors will be considered and trained.
